Required Documentation:
Passport and Migration Stamp:
• If you are foreign, it is mandatory to present your passport as an official document; This must be duly sealed by the migratory authorities, as the seal confirms your entry into the country. For more information, visit this link. https://www.cancilleria.gov.co/help/faq/passports
• If you are Colombian, you must present your citizen card.
• If you are Colombian younger than you, you must present a copy of the civil registry of birth and/or identification card.
• If you are a foreigner or Colombian resident in the foreign country and want to access the tax deduction for your income (IVA), you must have the migratory ticket in tourist conditions (PT) with 90 days of stay.
Pets entrance:
• To enter with a pet, you must present an emotional companion card and pay a value of $80,000 per night.
Children:
• Younger adults who use the hotel's services without the accompaniment of their parents must present an authorization card signed by their parents or legal representative, duly notarized and on an identity document (civil registry of birth).
• Se considern niños aquellos menores de 18 años.
• Children over 10 years old will tend to be applicable both for accommodation and consumption
Register of Visitors:
• Every person who enters a room must be duly registered at the reception.
• Everyone accompanying you must register at the reception desk and present the required documentation.
• You authorize the entry of only one companion once
• Visits for guests must be expected in the common areas of the Hotel.
